ICF (italy) along with Mobilier International (France), Hille (UK) and Vitra (Switzerland) all had permission to sell Eames design under license. Now Vitra are the sole manufacturers in europe since 1986 although you can still find chairs made by these other distributors.

The quality of ICF is good and the tooling is not too different from Vitra although the Swiss certainly do produce a outstanding chair which few can live up to.

ICF still produce chairs from there milan factory but not the Eames design.
